I know this is an old show and you may have heard of this already, but I have been using XMind recently and really enjoying it (no affiliation). They have a Windows and Mac version, and it comes in free and Pro levels.

Thought I would pass the info on.

I'm new to Flex and have been enjoying your Friday podcasts.
